THE visiting Uruguayan agriculture business group will follow a busy schedule this week, viewing the Falkland Islands Meat Company, Saladero and other businesses and organisations related to the Islands' agricultural industry. Yesterday the group, organised to visit by the Falkland Islands Government Department of Agriculture, visited Blue Beach Farm owned by Hew Grierson and Paul and Shula Phillips' farm Hope Cottage.
