By Lisa Watson: HEAD chef at Malvina House Hotel, Stanley, Matt Clarke is to take up a brief sabbatical working with 'Chef of the Century' Joël Robuchon at a restaurant in Las Vegas.
Mr Robuchon, a top French chef and restauranteur titled 'Chef of the Century' by the guide Gault Millau has a total of 26 Michelin stars between his dozen restaurants around the world.

Matt, who is also an international award winning chef, was invited to work with Mr Robuchon after chatting to him in Las Vegas. Matt looks forward to bringing even more to the already superb menu offered at the Falklands hotel and restaurant.
